Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy for my business, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it needs to be done WITHIN 48 HOURS in advance.  I will not accept EMAIL/SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGING as a form of cancelling.  Please calls/texts only.  Giving me the appropriate notice, allows me to fill that spot with clients on my waitlist.   

No Shows and cancellations after the 48 hour time frame, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service .If you have future standing appointments with me, this needs to be paid in full within 24 hours or all appointments will be cancelled. A NO SHOW, habitual cancelling and rescheduling, will result in refusal of future services.
